- Stars Captain Brendan Morrow has resumed skating and should be back in the lineup by mid next week
- Flyers youngster JVR has returned from a concussion, and got injured again last night. He broke his foot blocking a shot. Expect him to be out for 6-8 weeks
- Wild starting goalie Niklas Backstrom will be out for quite a while after getting injured last night. Injury still undisclosed. Don't expect him to be back anytime soon
- Penguins Kris Letang has gone back to Pittsburgh for some concussion tests.
- He was out for 2 months with a concussion earlier this year. Stayed tuned for this one
- Red Wings Nick Lidstrom is day-to-day with an ankle injury. Expect him to be back on the ice early-mid next week
- Panthers Kris Versteeg is eager to get back on the ice and is eyeing to return Monday or Tuesday of next week
- Rangers captain Ryan Callahan will be back mid-late next week with a bruised foot
- Sharks Logan Couture will return late next week with a lower body injury
- Tampa Bay Lightning have a couple players out with injuries, all set to return early-late next week
